Qigong, Meditation, and Mystical Taoism
Taoism is one of humanity’s oldest mystical traditions. Spanning 2,500 years, Taoist philosophy and practices emphasize health and inner peace. Great minds have set forth Taoist teachings through essays, poems, and meditative instructions that guide one to clarity of mind and health of body.
However, while simplicity is a cornerstone of Taoist ideology, many of these writings are archaic, contradictory, or clouded in cultural confusion.
Our program introduces the universal principles at the core of mystical Taoism with clarity and relevance for the 21st century. We explore these concepts through the practice of qigong and meditation, to deepen our understanding of a strong body and sound mind.
